We sell genuine, factory-sealed hardware wallets and provide professional repair services. All products are sourced directly from authorized manufacturers or distributors. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, which will be calculated at the time of invoicing. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. We accept payment methods as specified on each invoice.
When you submit an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase. We will send you an invoice via email. Your order is only confirmed once we have accepted your order and received payment. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.
We offer free standard shipping within the United States on all hardware wallet orders. International shipping rates vary by destination. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Repair services are provided on an as-quoted basis. We will provide a diagnosis and quote before proceeding with any repair. All repairs are performed in our air-gapped, offline laboratory. We do not access, store, or recover your private keys or seed phrases during the repair process. Repair services include a 90-day warranty on parts and labor.
