We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• In its original, unopened, factory-sealed packaging
• Unused and in the same condition you received it
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Opened or used hardware wallets cannot be returned due to security reasons. Once a wallet has been initialized with your private keys, it cannot be resold as a genuine sealed product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days using the same payment method as the original purchase.
If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately. We'll cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund at your choice. Defective product claims must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Repair services are non-refundable once completed. If we're unable to repair your device, you won't be charged, and we'll offer a discount on a replacement from our store.
We're happy to exchange products. To exchange for a different model, initiate a return and place a new order. The price difference (if any) will be adjusted accordingly.
